Mizetto Studio's collects only the information needed to fulfill your order and run your account — your name, email, shipping address, order history, and saved designs. We use it to process orders, send you proofs and shipping updates, and (if you opt in) occasional deals. We don't sell your personal information. Payment details, when a live payment processor is connected, are handled by that processor and never stored on our servers.
You can view, edit, or delete your account data any time from your account settings. Questions about your data? Open a ticket.
By ordering from Mizetto Studio's you confirm you own or have the right to print the artwork you submit. You're responsible for your uploaded designs; we may decline artwork that infringes copyright, trademarks, or our content guidelines. Custom-printed items are made to order and generally non-refundable unless the print is defective — see our reprint guarantee. Prices, promotions, and turnaround times may change. We approve a digital proof with you before printing whenever possible.
Reprint & returns: if a print arrives defective (cracking, peeling, or a print error on our end), we reprint it free. Reach out within 14 days via a support ticket.
We want Mizetto Studio's to be usable by everyone. We aim to follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidance — keyboard-navigable controls, sufficient color contrast, and clear focus states throughout the site and Design Studio. Accessibility is ongoing work; if you hit a barrier or have a suggestion, please tell us in a ticket and we'll make it right.
