Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a cutting-edge digital garment printing method. Your artwork is printed onto a translucent carrier film, coated with a hot-melt adhesive powder, cured at high temperatures, and then heat-transferred onto apparel.

Unlike traditional methods, DTF does not require weeding, vinyl cutting, or screen setups. It supports full-color photographic details, gradients, and can be pressed onto virtually any fabric (cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, leather, and canvas) regardless of garment color!

For the best results, we recommend using a professional heat press. Standard home irons are not recommended due to uneven heating and lack of pressure control.

Peeling Directions: Let the transfer cool down completely before peeling (COLD PEEL). Once cold, peel the film back slowly and smoothly in a single motion.

Post-Press (Highly Recommended): Place parchment paper or a Teflon sheet over the print and press again for 5 seconds at the same temperature to seal the ink into the fabric fibers and give it a premium retail finish.

Mizetto DTF prints are built to survive 50+ washes when laundered correctly. Keep your custom gear looking fresh with these steps:

• Inside Out: Always turn the garment inside out before throwing it in the washing machine.
• Cold Wash: Wash with cold water (below 85°F / 30°C) on a gentle cycle.
• Mild Detergent: Use mild liquid detergents. Do NOT use bleach or fabric softeners, as they break down the print adhesive over time.
• Drying: Hang drying is best. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat or delicate settings.
• Ironing: Never iron directly on the print! If ironing is needed, iron from the inside of the garment on low heat, or use parchment paper over the graphic.

To ensure high-definition, sharp edges and accurate colors on your prints, submit your files using the guidelines below:

• Accepted Formats: PNG (high-resolution), SVG (vector), or PDF (vector/print-ready).
• Resolution: 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) at the exact print dimensions. Lower resolutions (72 or 150 DPI) will print blurry and pixelated.
• Background: Make sure your image has a transparent background. White backgrounds will print as solid white ink sheets.
• Line Weight: Minimum line thickness of 2 pixels (0.02 inches) is required to ensure the hot-melt powder adheres and the line does not peel off.
• Color Mode: RGB is fine, but CMYK color mode is preferred to ensure exact color match.

Measurements are taken flat. Width is measured armpit to armpit, and length is measured from collar seam to bottom hem.

• Production Time: Standard orders are printed and cured within 2 to 3 business days. Bulk orders (50+ items) take 3–5 business days.

Because every item is custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns, size exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong size.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: No! You can order a single custom t-shirt or hoodie. However, volume discounts kick in automatically starting at just 6 items.

Q: Can I print gradients or transparency?
A: Yes! Our high-end DTF printers support full CMYK+White printing, meaning color gradients, photographic details, and drop shadows print beautifully. Avoid extremely soft semi-transparent fades on edges; solid or halftone edges print best.

Q: How long do the prints last?
A: With proper laundry care (washing inside out in cold water, drying on low heat), our DTF transfers are rated to last 50+ washes without cracking or fading.
